Child Safety Standards

Kath has a strict, zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including but not limited to grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any sexual exploitation of a minor. Kath is designed and intended for use exclusively by adults aged 18 and older, as stated in our Terms of Service.

Any user found to be engaging in, facilitating, promoting, or attempting CSAE on Kath will have their account immediately and permanently terminated, and their conduct may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement and child protection authorities.

The following are explicitly and strictly prohibited on Kath:

• Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any form, including photos, videos, or computer-generated imagery.
• Grooming or attempting to groom a minor for sexual exploitation.
• Soliciting, sharing, or requesting sexual content involving a minor.
• Sextortion or coercion of a minor.
• Trafficking or facilitating the trafficking of a minor.
• Any other content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

Kath provides an in-app reporting mechanism that allows any user to report a conversation or another user directly within the app. Reporting a conversation immediately ends the chat, blocks the reported user, and flags the report for review by our team.

Anyone — including non-users — who becomes aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM connected to Kath may also report it by emailing meetkathh@gmail.com with the subject line "Child Safety Report."

Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on our platform, Kath will:

• Immediately remove the offending content and terminate the responsible account.
• Preserve relevant records as required for law enforcement cooperation.
• Report confirmed CSAM to the relevant national authorities, including India's National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal / NCMEC, as applicable, in accordance with applicable law.

Kath complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and child protection agencies in investigations related to child safety.
